about

An angry filter wash of solo fun, one of the last pieces before I got extremely sick and it was apparent there would be no recovery.

Probably my favorite vintage solo album as a complete piece; it
is not easy to listen to, but it was never written to be.

Technology and my budget had finally caught up to where the sounds I really, really wanted could co-exist, even if the tools for mastering it available to mere mortals were still a few years behind the curve. Thankfully, that's fixable now.

This is a guitar/bass purist album; everything is done with a Jazz Bass, one of a couple Strats, or a 335 clone, and featuring the triumphant return of the now-functional Bpss ME-6B, the most underrated guitar synth noisemaker of all time

Recorded improv-style, pseudo-live (no edits to tracks, either it's good or the whole session is pitched), one pass at a time with old, forgotten gear.
